What is your favorite thing to cook?
I love to find new ways of cooking chicken.
What is your favorite ingredient?
Peanut butter! It's why i'm so "nuts" over "African groundnut stew".
Do you have any dietary restrictions you use in cooking (i.e. vegetarian, diabetic)?
No, but i believe i tend to use as little salt as possible
What kitchen utensil can't you live with out?
My french fry cutter/apple corer set.
What kitchen utensil do you covet?
I've been wanting a really good pasta maker for quite some time.
What are your favorite types of foods?
I tend to stay busy and preoccupied with whatever i'm doing. Finger foods suit me to the proverbial "T".
How many people do you usually cook for?
I'm used to cooking for eight. Recently though, i relocated, leaving my grown family behind to start a new life on my own so i now rarely cook for more than two. Needless to say, the portions are huge, but i'm learning to adjust. I've also added a handy supply of freezer bags to my inventory for the times habit takes control over necessity.
Any other personal info you'd like to share?
I enjoy collecting tiny porcelain or ceramic keepsake boxes. When it comes to decorating, i love vibrant colors and an eclectic mix of patterns. Great colors create certain moods and helps one to be more productive. No beige carpeting or off-white bland walls for this gal; i'd surely fall straight into a coma. As for food: chocolate rules!
