Potato Chip Casserole
Stir in small casserole dish:
- 1 small can Fri-Chik, diced (without the juice) - This is vegetarian fake chicken - other meatless soy meat would work also).
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 4 oz plain Lays Potato chip, crushed
Put about 1oz pototo chips crushed on top of the dish for an added crunchiness.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 2 with some leftovers.
