Veggie Porcupine "Meatballs"

Super easy recipe!

1 box pre-made vegetarian meatballs (I use Morningstar Farms)
1 cup rice
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 tsp dried basil
salt and pepper to taste

Add all the ingredients to a skillet, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes until rice is cooked. That's it!
